In 2011, Venkat Changavalli embarked on a mission to enlighten and inspire future leaders through education and motivational speaking. To date, he has delivered over 570 motivational lectures on management, life skills, and leadership at esteemed academic institutions, averaging one lecture per week.
TEDx Talks: Delivered two impactful TEDx talks: "Accepting Differences" at SRM Chennai in 2012 and "Service Delivery Leadership" at XIME Kochi in 2021.
Course Design and Delivery: Created and taught comprehensive courses on leadership and strategy at IIM Indore and a strategic HRM course for PGP students at ASCI.
Training Programs: Conducted long-duration training programs for practicing managers and leaders in academic institutions, corporates, governments, and non-profit organizations. Topics included people management, customer management, decision making, negotiation, life skills (values, attitude, communication, interpersonal skills), and leadership skills (visioning, strategic thinking, innovation, execution, team building, leading change, motivation).
In 2020, Venkat embraced modern technology by establishing a YouTube channel featuring 108 engaging videos, each averaging four minutes. These videos cover a wide spectrum of topics, from business and self-management to leadership skills, aimed at shaping aspiring leaders of tomorrow.
Venkat Changavalli's teaching journey emphasizes the power of innovation, collaboration, and empathy in leadership. His dedication to sharing knowledge and uplifting others underscores his belief that true leadership is about the positive influence one can have on the future.
The encouragement of the venerable Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, during my tenure as CEO at EMRI and my subsequent role as a Leadership Mentor, further fueled my purpose. These experiences spurred me to share my knowledge with the budding minds of tomorrow, nurturing the seeds of leadership.
